If you do not agree with these terms and conditions of access to individual and couple psychotherapy services or with the Privacy Policy, please do not use this website or the services offered through this website.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Your appointment will be subject to the terms that are in effect at the time you complete the contact form or phone call to make an appointment.

RULES ON THE USE OF THE SITE

You will not make any false appointment, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the appointment;

PROVIDER OF PSYCHOTHERAPY SERVICES

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
1. The beneficiary of integrative psychotherapy/organizational consulting services has the following rights and obligations:
a) to be informed about the conditions of psychological services that form the object of this contract;
b) to pay in full the price of the psychotherapy or consulting services that form the subject of this contract, regardless of their result, by any payment method accepted by the provider of the psychological service, within the time limit specified by this contract under the subchapter below called ” THE PAYMENT”;
c) to respect the instructions of the psychological service provider and to have a civilized behavior throughout the period of the provision of the psychological services;
d) to fully assume the statement of informed consent set forth below in this contract/terms and conditions.
2. The provider of psychological or psychotherapy services has the following rights and obligations:
a) to be paid in full the price of the psychotherapy sessions after each session, specified in this contract/terms and conditions, through the “PAYMENT” method specified by the SERVICE PROVIDER;
b) to undertake all the actions it deems necessary to achieve the purpose set out in the object of the contract;
c) not to be constrained in any way, regarding the method of exercising the profession;
d) to respect the confidentiality of this contract, as well as professional secrecy, according to the provisions of art. 46-48 of the methodological norms for the application of Law no. 213/2004, approved by H.G. no. 788/2005;
e) to release to the beneficiary, in the shortest time possible, the result of the psychological services, without affecting their quality.
f) To refuse in therapy of the client who urgently needs the consultation of a psychiatrist and follow-up of drug treatment.
PROVISIONS REGARDING ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The acceptance of the terms and conditions takes place from the moment of accessing the website https://danielatordoi.ro/, making an appointment or visiting the SERBAN ALEXANDRINA-DANIELA PFA for an individual therapy session. We reserve the right to refuse an appointment, to select our clients even if payment has been made. If we do not approve the appointment for the individual psychotherapy session, but the payment has already been made, the amount will be reimbursed in full.
The terms and conditions of this contract are applicable, as the case may be, both to individuals beneficiaries and to legal persons beneficiaries from the territory of Romania or from the Diaspora.
The Parties agree that this contract shall be enforceable in respect of the rights and obligations assumed.
Any dispute arising from the execution of this contract will be settled amicably, and otherwise it will be brought to the attention of the Steering Committee of the Romanian College of Psychologists, for mediation. If, following mediation, the dispute has not been resolved, the parties may address the competent courts.
By making a reservation and subsequently, by paying for each psychotherapy session, you declare that you have become aware of the purposes, duration, procedures used, risks, benefits, limits of confidentiality of psychological services, as well as the right to withdraw at any time from participation in psychotherapy sessions.
Scheduling individual psychotherapy sessions through this website is online programming through the contact form or by phone at phone number +40.736.622.462. If you want the psychotherapy sessions to take place online, you must make the payment according to the payment instructions given by the psychotherapist to the indicated bank account no later than 24 hours after the session.
The data required to fill in the form are: name, surname, phone number, email address, the problem you are facing.
If the appointment is made online and if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address, you will receive an information e-mail with all the required information and the data related to the appointment. If, for some reason, we cannot approve the appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible for rescheduling for another date/time.
If you cannot attend the scheduled session, please contact the psychotherapist at phone number +40.736.622.462 at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to announce if a rescheduling is desired.
DELIVERY OF PSYCHOTHERAPY SERVICES by PFA SERBAN ALEXANDRINA-DANIELA
The execution and delivery of the contracted services is carried out according to these “Terms and conditions” in the physical office for customers who can honor the appointments by physical presence or online through various communication platforms: Whatsapp, Skype, Zoom.
The delivery of psychotherapy services will be carried out based on an appointment and the actual meeting at the ESTABLISHED DATE AND TIME.
The phone number and the email communicated by you will be used to confirm that the session will take place or to provide you with details on how the individual therapy session will be conducted: Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype. Make sure that the phone number provided when completing the form is correct.
SITUATIONS OF FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our services if a case of force majeure or a fortuitous event occurs. Force majeure and fortuitous events include, but are not limited to, changes in laws or regulations, accidents, diseases, acts of terrorism, fires, earthquakes, nuclear accidents, floods, strikes, acts of hackers on Internet service providers, states of emergency declared by the authorities. Force majeure or fortuitous event will be communicated to the client as soon as possible through the means made available.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The entire text, images, video content of the website https://danielatordoi.ro/ is the intellectual property of the PFA SERBAN ALEXANDRINA-DANIELA.
The site will be used by users only for information or scheduling psychotherapy sessions.
All content (including but not limited to databases, graphics, brands, images) are the intellectual property of the Provider. The entire site is protected by Law 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, and for any infringement of intellectual property, we reserve the right to refer the competent courts for the full recovery of the damage, as well as to file a criminal complaint with judicial bodies for bringing the perpetrator to criminal responsibility.
NOTIFICATIONS
The User/Visitor or client agrees that all communications made under this Agreement shall take place via email or telephone. The Provider has the right to use other methods of transmission (by phone, mail, SMS or through bailiffs) of its communications to the User.

These terms and conditions constitute the full agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter of any Contract and replace any other agreement, any other prior oral or written understanding between you and us.
INFORMED CONSENT FOR PARTICIPATION IN INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY SESSIONS
My responsibilities as your psychotherapist:
CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidentiality in connection with everything that happens in the psychotherapy process is guaranteed 100%, with a few exceptions, which I will list below. You have the absolute right to 100% confidentiality regarding the psychotherapy process. According to the Code of Ethics of the psychologist profession, I cannot and will not give out information about you, even about being a psychotherapy client, without your written/verbal consent.
Legal exceptions to your right to privacy:
– in the case of a court order received at the PFA’s address;
– when I consider that you are at imminent risk of suicide;
– when I consider that there is a major risk that you will harm (physically or mentally) another person (adult or child);
In these cases, if I appreciate, on a well-founded basis, that such an event is imminent, I am absolved of confidentiality, a situation that happens extremely rarely in reality.
The rights of the participant in the psychotherapy process
You have the right to ask me any question about what concerns you, as part of your psychotherapy process.
I am willing to discuss with you any aspect that concerns you. You can also ask me about my professional training and ask me to refer you to another psychotherapist if you decide that I am not the most suitable for your problem.
You have the right to confidentiality and discretion about everything we discuss in therapy.
End of psychotherapy
Normally, you are the only person who decides to end psychotherapy, whenever you want.
However, there are two exceptions and they are:
If I am unable to help you, due to the problem you have or the fact that my professional training is not adequate to address your problem, I will inform you of this and refer you to another psychotherapist or, as the case may be, a psychiatrist that can help you.
If the client suffers from a mental condition and does not follow the treatment prescribed by a psychiatrist, the psychotherapeutic process can only continue if that client takes the treatment prescribed by a specialist.
If you threaten me, if you commit acts of violence against me (physical or verbal), if you harass me (me or people close to me), I reserve the right to immediately end the psychotherapy sessions and notify the competent authorities.
Your responsibilities as a client in the Psychotherapy process
You are responsible for attending psychotherapy sessions as scheduled, punctuality is highly appreciated.
You are responsible for giving 24 hours notice of absence from any meeting. If you do not notify within this time frame, you will pay the full price of the session.
You are responsible for paying the full price of the psychological services if you are absent in whole or in part from the sessions you have confirmed to attend, except in cases of force majeure;
You are responsible for asking me for any clarifications you may have about the answers I will give or the conduct of the psychotherapeutic interventions;
Participation in psychotherapy sessions is voluntary, during the course of which you can decide at any time to refuse the continuation without any explanation or negative consequence;
You are free to talk to anyone you want about your psychotherapeutic process. You have no responsibility to maintain confidentiality, as you are the only person who has the right to decide what you keep confidential from others.
The client’s consent to the Psychotherapist
I have read the terms and conditions that constitute a legal contract between me as a client/potential client and the SERBAN ALEXANDRINA-DANIELA Integrative Psychotherapist, I have asked for additional information where I had doubts and I understood them.
I understand the legal limits of privacy.
I understand my rights and responsibilities as a client of the PFA SERBAN ALEXANDRINA-DANIELA.
I understand the psychotherapist’s rights and responsibilities towards me.
I agree to attend psychotherapy sessions and to pay the integrated price shown in these terms and conditions to the psychotherapist SERBAN ALEXANDRINA-DANIELA.
I know that I can end psychotherapy at any time I want without consequences from the psychotherapist.
By accepting the appointment to the individual therapy session, you agree to all the clauses in these terms and conditions in order to be able to participate in the Psychotherapy sessions conducted by the SERBAN ALEXANDRINA-DANIELA through PFA SERBAN ALEXANDRINA-DANIELA.
