Integrative Psychotherapy Review<\/h4>\n

When I first came to therapy, I was very scared. I had anxiety and felt stuck in this state of derealization. I had thoughts that I was going crazy and that nothing around me was real. I was sad and felt helpless. I started the work with anchoring exercises in the immediate reality. I did them every time I felt too overwhelmed by the situation. After that, I started to write down in my notebook the details and the moods I felt throughout the day. The conditions decreased after the 4th session quite a lot. Music helped me and I felt that when I was focused on making music or listening to music, I forgot about thoughts and moods. Slowly, slowly, I felt that things were getting better, and by the 5th session I no longer felt the need to write down my days, because they were getting closer to normal. Now after the 5th session, the conditions still exist, weak in intensity. The anxiety has gone by 90%. There is still a small fear in the back, that sometimes things will get worse, but I am paying attention to my exercises and I definitely want to continue the therapy.<\/p>\n
