I create a \u201dmirror\u201d: the real situation is transformed into a game with all the rules of a game. The search solutions process becomes relaxing and much more effective.<\/li>\n<li>Step two: I identify the different types of soft skills that need &#8220;intervention&#8221; according to the conclusions we have at the end of the game.<\/li>\n<li>Step three: I use the Reframing by Playing principle to underline different and sometimes surprising perspectives on any situation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row content_style=&#8221;content_dark&#8221;][vc_column content_style=&#8221;content_dark&#8221;][vc_custom_heading source=&#8221;&#8221; text=&#8221;What are soft skills?&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h3|font_size:27|text_align:left|line_height:35px&#8221; custom_heading_font_weights=&#8221;font-700&#8243; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1688545880635{margin-bottom: 20px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_text]<a href=\"https:\/\/danielatordoi.ro\/en\/organizational-culture-consultancy\/\">Soft skills<\/a> are sometimes innate, sometimes acquired through self-education. They mainly relate to our ways of communication and interaction, to our character, emotional intelligence, sociability, adaptability. It is the interpersonal qualities that we possess. For example, good communication skills can often make up for weak technical skills at the time of an interview.<\/p>\n<p>Soft skills help us to cope with the environment, work efficiently and also help to achieve organizational goals. They add value to the organization and are an essential part of the hiring process. Technical skills are often important for career success.
